iKorea branch off clips allow branching of up to four cables at each end. The kit also contains a range of fully interchangeable air fittings which can be incorporated in the closure. These include a reversible valve, an air connector and a low profile blanking plug to reduce accidental damage.
A branch-off clip is a three-legged aluminum die cast piece. The best quality of corrosion resistant aluminum is used for casting. A protective epoxy coating layer is applied and the same hot melt adhesive, identical to that used on the inner side of the wrap-around, is injection molded on to the center leg. These branch-off clips are used to branch a joint into one in and two or three out. The hot melt in the center leg fills and seals the gaps at the branch-off joint. Small, medium and large branch-off clips are meant for application in cables up to 100 pairs, up to 800 pairs and beyond 800 pairs respectively.
